The Florence Day is an annual event dedicated to patients with chronic myeloproliferative diseases. The event was originally conceived within the AGIMM Project, later becoming the MYNERVA Project, a large experimental and clinical research initiative across various Italian institutions, funded by the AIRC Foundation for Cancer Research and coordinated at the Center for Research and Innovation in Myeloproliferative Diseases (CRIMM) of the Careggi University Hospital and the Department of Experimental and Clinical Medicine of the University of Florence.
